The 38th Annual Yellowjacket Alumni and Friends Golf Outing

Golf
Fees: $125 per golfer - $500 per 4-person team (includes green fees, carts (2 per team), proximity prizes, gift and food vouchers)
Skins Game: Additional cost of $25 per four-person team to enter the skins game payable day of the event at Nemadji Golf Course.

Registration
To register your team and support Yellowjacket Athletics, teams must complete the online team registration. All teams must be registered and paid in full prior to the event. Registration closes Monday, July 14, 2025, or when the event sells out.

Event Naming Rights: Investment - $5,000
Become the naming right sponsor for the Yellowjacket Alumni and Friends Golf Outing. Now in its 35th year, our event is one of the longest-standing events in the Twin Ports and will continue to draw golfers from the region and beyond. Your company name and logo will appear on all tournament promotional materials and displayed prominently throughout the event. Additionally, your investment entitles you to a team entry in the outing.  

Reception Dinner Sponsor: Sold - thank you Chad Matushak, Holden Insurance
Following the Yellowjacket Alumni and Friends Golf Outing we will host a meal at the Nemadji Clubhouse for all players that will include drawings, proximity prizes and door prizes. You will be noted as the sponsor of the meal at the event and be listed as an event partner. Additionally, your investment entitles you to a team entry in the outing.

Cart Sponsor: Sold - thank you Barkers Island Inn
Every team in the Yellowjacket Alumni and Friends Golf Outing receives two carts as part of their registration. Your company's branding and logo will appear on every cart being used in the event. You will also be listed as one of our event partners at the golf course. Additionally, your investment entitles you to a team entry in the outing.

Lunch Sponsor: Sold - thank you Super One Foods
Every golfer in the event will receive a ticket for a free lunch (burger, brat or hot dog and chips) while they are playing the event. Your company's branding and logo will appear on each lunch ticket. You will be listed as one of our event partners at the golf course. Additionally, your investment entitles you to a team entry in the outing.

Skins Game Sponsor: Sold - thank you Jeff Anderson, Supreme Lending
In addition to the event itself, the Yellowjacket Alumni and Friends Golf Outing also invites guests to participate in a skins game. You will be noted as the skins sponsor at the event registration table as well as on all event materials. You will also be listed as one of our event partners at the golf course. Additionally, your investment entitles you to a team entry in the outing.


Scorecard Sponsor: Investment - $1,000
Every team in the Yellowjacket Alumni and Friends Golf Outing will utilize our custom scorecard to track their scoring throughout the day. Your company's branding and logo will appear on each card. You will also be listed as one of our event partners at the golf course.

Driving Range Sponsor: Investment - $1,000
For one hour prior to the event, the driving range will be open for all golfers to hit balls, warm up and work on their game. Your sponsorship of the driving range keeps this time for the golfers free of charge. Your company's branding and logo will appear at the range the day of the event.

Beverage Cart Sponsor: Sold - thank you Lon Hovland, Hovland, Inc.
Throughout the Yellowjacket Alumni and Friends Golf Outing, a beverage cart will circulate throughout the course for participants to purchase beverages and snack items. In addition, each participant will receive a drink ticket to be redeemed on the course or in the clubhouse at Nemadji Golf Course. Your company's branding and logo will appear on the beverage cart as well as on all drink tickets. You will also be listed as one of our event partners at the golf course.

Flag Sponsor: Investment - Investment - $150 - Currently 5 flags remaining
Each year the Yellowjacket Alumni and Friends Golf Outing uses custom flags on the pins. Get your company's name on a flag that you get to keep following the event. Flags are limited to 26 sponsors - first come, first served.

Hole Sponsor: Investment - $100
Get your company's name on one of our hole sponsorship signs, located on the tee boxes throughout the event.

Proceeds
In recent years proceeds from the Yellowjacket Alumni Golf Outing have gone toward the purchase of skate sharpeners for the men's and women's hockey teams, a shoot-around machine for the men's and women's basketball teams, and new laundry facilities for teams utilizing the laundry room at the Marcovich Wellness Center.

Proceeds also benefit the continuation of the Yellowjacket Athletics branding initiative as well as the creation of historical recognition in the Marcovich Wellness Center.
