The Future of Yellowjacket Athletics
UW-Superior's Strategic Plan for Athletics is guided by our vision to deliver an exceptional student-athlete experience that focuses on building relationships and challenges student-athletes to compete to their highest potential athletically, personally and academically. The plan embeds four core elements that make UW-Superior distinctively unique: student-athlete experience, department culture, holistic development and relationships.

To achieve our vision and deliver on our values, the plan includes four key strategic focus areas that are designed to enhance the support of our student-athletes and teams.

1) Student Well-Being and Development
    Support the well-being and personal development of student-athletes through innovative programming, experiences and resources.

2) Competitive Excellence
    Optimize the ability for our student-athletes to perform at their best and consistently compete for championships.

3) Stakeholder Engagement
    Actively work to cultivate engagement with our partners across the university, our alumni and the greater Twin Ports community.

4) Financial Performance
    Ensure the ability to support the student-athlete experience through the management and development of the department's financial resources and     infrastructure.
